Laolu Ogunniyi featured on 'Showbiz Extravaganza' on the 18th of October, 2007. He is the CEO Loto Independent Productions, Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria; former General Manager, Galaxy Television Ibadan and Head of Communication arm of Widows in Nigeria Network (WINNET).
He was born in Osogbo in the then Oyo State but now Osun State of Nigeria.
Laolu is Nigeria's Pioneer Independent Producer and a Veteran Playwright.
He started Loto Productions in 1977 to fill the void in content provision to television infact he wrote the first Television Soap in Nigeria, 'Winds against my Soul'
Currently, he is one of the Reasource Persons, on the team of African waves Network (AWN).
